Chicken legs and wings cooked on a Big Green Egg!

We had a store meeting the other night so I decided to cook something easy for the staff to eat without getting too messy and complicated. I decided on Chicken Legs and Wings smoked on our Big Green Egg we keep here at the store.
Here are the legs and wings with a nice coating of Dizzy Pig's Dizzy Dust.

I set the egg up with a plate setter to diffuse the heat away from directly cooking the chicken. I adjusted the heat to 300 degrees and after about an hour I turned them over.

I then made a marinade of Teriyaki, Honey, Mustard, Red Hot Sauce and Dizzy Dust. I brushed them liberally turning every 3o minutes and adjusted the heat down to 250 degrees.

Here they are finished and delicious. The staff and myself enjoyed these delicious Chicken legs and wings and asked me when I could make more!
This was a very simple and straighfoward recipe plus very affodable. I had less than $10.00 in food cost and we had enough chicken for 8 people!
Please feel free to comment and let us know if know if you have any recipes or ideas for cooking on a Big Green Egg.
Thank you from the Staff at the Pool and Spa Connection.
